Install took about an hour. Very sturdy and stands up tall. This portable closet was worth the money!

Set up was relatively simple, took appx 20-30 minutes. Solid rack, has no issues holding weight. It's a good height, but I do wish it was a few inches taller. When you hang shirts on the upper rack. over pants on the bottom rack, the bottoms of the shirts over hangs the tops of the hangers. This is likely only an issue for people my size or larger. I'm 6' tall wearing large-XL clothes.
