Shipping policy

1. How is the shipping cost calculated?

We offer free shipping on most items; however, some products may incur a shipping fee based on the destination and weight of the items. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.

2. Order Processing

We will process delivery orders within two business days of your order.

 3. Scope of transportation

We have overseas warehouses in Houston, Los Angeles, and New Jersey, and the delivery time is 3-8 business days. We only ship to 48 contiguous states and Washington D.C. within the US, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

 4. When will the order be delivered?

Each order is delivered by a third-party provider (e.g. FedEx, UPS) to the address you provide. Depending on the workload of the logistics company, the estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days (2 business days for order processing and 3-8 business days for delivery). In the event of force majeure, it will delay the processing of the order.

 5. What if the package or item is damaged or not received?

Snhomee takes all prudent precautions to ensure that products are not damaged in transit.

  • If the item is damaged in transit, please send an email to support@snhomee.com within seven working days of receiving the package with your order number, contact details and photos of the damage (if applicable). Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
  • If you do not receive the goods within the estimated time, please get in touch with us in time to keep abreast of the situation and deal with it quickly.

 6. Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once the item has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your order number, carrier information, date and time the order was placed, order status, and the package tracking number for the shipped item. For the exact location of your shipment, track your item on the carrier's official website.

7. Do I need to pay customs duties?

In some states, merchandise ordered from Snhomee may be subject to tax, depending on the state to which the order is shipped. Under state tax laws, if merchandise is subject to sales tax, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each item, including shipping and handling, gift wrapping and other service charges, less any applicable discounts.
